Gaming should be a source of fun — and making sure it never becomes a burden is 999a9's responsibility. Here we provide the tools and guidance to help you play mindfully.
999a9 provides all these tools free of charge to keep your gaming experience safe and enjoyable.
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once set, it cannot be increased before the designated time period has passed.
Set a time limit for how long you want to play. Once that time is up, 999a9 will automatically send you a reality check notification.
Need a short break? Set a cooling-off period from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Your account stays active during this time, but placing bets will be disabled.
Close your account temporarily or permanently. While self-exclusion is active, any attempt to open a new account will be automatically blocked.
At set intervals, you'll see a summary of how long you've been playing and how much you've won or lost. This helps you stay aware and in control.
If you have concerns about your gaming, 999a9's dedicated support team is here for you. Your privacy is fully protected.
Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of stress or addiction. 999a9 believes mindful gaming is achievable, and we are committed to making that a reality.
Responsible gaming means playing mindfully, within your means, and for enjoyment. At 999a9, responsible gaming is not just a policy — it is the foundation of our platform.
For many people, online gaming or betting is a fun way to unwind. Placing a friendly wager on a cricket match, spending an evening at Live Casino or on slots — that's perfectly normal. But the most important thing is knowing when that entertainment starts becoming a problem.
There are a few core principles for responsible gaming at 999a9: only play with money you can afford to lose without affecting your daily life. Never plan around winnings as guaranteed. And avoid chasing losses by placing larger bets to recover what you've lost.
Answer these questions honestly. If most of your answers are "yes", it may be time to take a break or seek support.
Are you spending beyond your set budget and feeling regret afterwards?
Are you caught in a cycle of betting more to recover losses?
Are you spending more time gaming at the expense of family, friends, or work responsibilities?
Do you feel restless or irritable when you think about stopping?
Are you gaming with money set aside for essential expenses or borrowed funds?
Are you lying to or having conflicts with family or loved ones over your gaming?
These signs are not weaknesses — they are a mark of self-awareness. Asking for help takes courage. The 999a9 support team is always ready to assist, without judgment and in complete confidence.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period — this is intentional, to prevent impulsive decisions.
Every 30, 60, or 90 minutes, a popup will show how long you've been playing and how much you've won or lost. You'll have the option to stop or continue at that point.
Choose a cooling-off period for a short break (1 day to 6 weeks). For longer-term concerns, use self-exclusion (6 months to permanent). All promotional communications will also be paused during self-exclusion.
On 999a9, you can view your full gaming history, deposit and withdrawal records at any time. This information is invaluable for understanding your own patterns.
Keep these habits in mind while enjoying 999a9, and gaming will always be a positive experience:
